Jr. isnt irreplaceable..!

I dont think he has half the instincts his dad had!

Marketing wise he is a great asset! Driving wise.. I just dont think he has all the tools!

I still think he joins RCR and brings back car 3 for marketing reasons!

How is he replacing Jr?

According to the the news section on DEI it says:

"In 2008, DEI’s driver development plan includes having Bayne and Earnhardt competing as teammates in Chevrolets on the NASCAR Busch East Series. "
