Shaved quite a bit off the bottom two spots, giving this one more try before I just keep it, bust it myself, or resell the case.....

So If I Decide To Take The $70 Spot, Picks Would Go #1,#2,#9,#10? or would they still go in order, and you would be picking the other 6? lmk might be interested

Yes, the picks would still go in order like in any draft. I'd just pay for the unpaid slots. I'd like to fill a higher one and something in the middle, so I'm not just picking a bunch of cards in a row, but would love to have you on board!
