I try to pay around low BV. As far as selling goes....it depends on how popular the card is. A $100 card of a draft bust from 03 will not get you close to BV.

NEW PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION

This is probably the best e-mail I've seen in a long, long time. The following has been attributed to State Representative Mitchell Kaye from GA. This guy should run for President one day...

"We the sensible people of the United States, in an attempt to help everyone get along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid more riots, keep our nation safe, promote positive behavior, and secure the blessings of debt-free liberty to ourselves and our great-great-great-grandchildren, hereby try one more time to ordain and establish some common sense guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt ridden, delusional, and other liberal bed-wetters.

We hold these truths to be self evident: that a whole lot of people are confused by the Bill of Rights and are so dim they require a Bill of NON-Rights."

ARTICLE I:
You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV, or any other form of wealth. More power to you if you can legally acquire them, but no one is guaranteeing anything.

ARTICLE II:
You do not have the right to never be offended. This country is based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone -- not just you! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different opinion, etc.; but the world is full of idiots, and probably always will be.

ARTICLE III:
You do not have the right to be free from harm. If you stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful; do not expect the tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives independently wealthy.

ARTICLE IV:
You do not have the right to free food and housing. Americans are the most charitable people to be found, and will gladly help anyone in need, but we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation after generation of professional couch potatoes who achieve nothing more than the creation of another generation of professional couch potatoes.
(This one is my pet peeve...get an education and go to work....don't expect everyone else to take care of you!)

ARTICLE V:
You do not have the right to free health care. That would be nice, but from the looks of public housing, we're just not interested in public health care.

ARTICLE VI:
You do not have the right to physically harm other people. If you kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone, don't be surprised if the rest of us want to see you fry in the electric chair.

ARTICLE VII:
You do not have the right to the possessions of others. If you rob, cheat, or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don't be surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in a place where you still won't have the right to a big screen color TV or a life of leisure.

ARTICLE VIII:
You do not have the right to a job. All of us sure want you to have a job, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect you to take advantage of the opportunities of education and vocational training laid before you to make yourself useful. (AMEN!)

ARTICLE IX:
You do not have the right to happiness. Being an American means that you have the right to PURSUE happiness, which by the way, is a lot easier if you are unencumbered by an over abundance of idiotic laws created by those of you who were confused by the Bill of Rights.

ARTICLE X:
This is an English speaking country. We don't care where you are from, English is our language. Learn it or go back to wherever you came from!

(Lastly....)

ARTICLE XI:
You do not have the right to change our country's history or heritage. This country was founded on the belief in one true God. And yet, you are given the freedom to believe in any religion, any faith, or no faith at all; with no fear of persecution. The phrase IN GOD WE TRUST is part of our heritage and history, and if you are uncomfortable with it, TOUGH!

If you agree, share this with a friend. No, you don't have to, and nothing tragic will befall you if you don't. I just think it's about time common sense is allowed to flourish.

I was done with you but I have to say this. I answered your post. I dont answer to you. There is a difference. Obviously your holier than thou ego cant see that...must be more brainwashing from your trustworthy media. Thanks for admitting that your media indoctrinates you to see what they want you to see.

I never said there was a world conspiracy...obviously sarcasm does not show well in printed form. I love how you have such faith in the UN....they are a joke and have been a joke for years...oil for food scandal and all...

I live in the United States of America...that is what U.S.A stands for. That makes me an American. The view you just shared to all on this site is one of a bigot.(A bigot is a prejudiced person who is intolerant of any opinions differing from their own) Not sure where your logic comes from but it is obvious to me you are trolling for an argument so I will not give it you. So good luck collecting Deuce, an American Football player. Its been real.

Well, I think that I'll have to explain you a couple of things.
1. I'm not from USA
2. Media in my country lye about Argentina stuff, not about USA
3. You are being bombarded by false information from Bush administration, who tells you that the "terrorist threat" must be avoided by invading another country and trying to insert your values in them.
4. Consider yourself lucky that you're being bombarded with false information, and not bombs, bullets and belic stuff, like the Iraqi people.

Next time you answer to me, please think.
*

Ponder this.

How can you have faith in a group you admitted lies? Its obvious they have no integrity whatsoever for their profession or for the truth you deserve to hear...yet you blindly follow them.

You are one who thinks Iraq was about oil....I guess it was a worldwide conspiracy then since intelligence from multiple nations came to the same conclusions about Iraq.

Everyone gets their panties in a mess if they feel an insurgents rights were not honored...but an insurgent executes a civilian or blows up a cafe and no one blinks an eye.

The world media, including your own, bashes the US daily because they can...no checks and balances...just a propaganda machine. But I dont care what you or the rest of the world thinks about my country. My dad used to tell me this as a kid..."You dont like it then dont eat it"...if you dislike me and my fellow Americans so much then dont come here, dont conversate with me, dont try it. End of story.

Its obvious this will go nowhere...we can go back and forth, back and forth but I see no point. You have your views and I have mine. Your right and America is wrong...I know rolleyes.gif Take care.

Almost forgot....I dont answer to you. Its not right of you to think that I do...unless of course your media said it was. wink.gif

Well, I think that it's not that... Media in my country don't bombard me with false information (about this issue, they tell lies about my country, but that's another stuff). Every person in the world knows that USA invaded Iraq for its oil, excetp for some people in USA. I guess you're just one in that group.

I know that the information hold in that page may be biased, just as biased as the Pentagon which refused to give stats about civilian deaths in Iraq (I wonder why they did that...)

What country is that? Your media only lies about your country but no one elses laugh.gif Classic. I nominate that for quote of the year.

Check the info here

British military strongly criticized US use of force against civilians. Three British soldiers in Iraq were reportedly ordered home for protesting the extent to which civilians were being killed.

That can be found here...

QUOTE(HOFerAutoCollector @ Sep 20 2006, 12:07 PM)
I will had my 1 1/2 cents here. To be honest, TCC is my secondary site, but I do enjoy it here as it is different than the other site I use and there are primarily different members here than there. Though I have greater status there, its still a sports/trading site, just like this one.

To continually add sites for this same thing is cluttering the net. About 99.5% of these "new sites" fizzle out after a month or so with arounf 40 members or so. So...as it has been said before...what does creating a new site do? The members you will recruit are ones from sites you are already on, so really, its pointless. Does this other site offer something special/different than TCC or some of the other bigger trade sites?

Just asking because I am curious and since it was brought up, I thought now would be a great time to find out.
Tom

I am a member of 3 sites...here which you can tell by my post count is very seldom, BMB and another which I will not name.

BMB is where I do trading and such...talk to a vast # of different collectors. The un-named site is a small site with around 50 of us of which maybe 15-20 are on daily including myself. Thats the site where I have the freedom to chill with a tight circle of collectors and be myself. Post a .gif of someone giving the bird...no problem. Cuss...no problem. No morality police there to ruin the fun since there are no kids to influence.

So to answer your question-It allows a tight group of collectors to hang out and have a laugh while discussing the hobby at the same time.
