Man this was fun. I only failed to hit one rookie. There's very little I didn't like about 21/22 Hoops. Those teals are one of my favorite parallels. Wish I could've gotten more of the SLAMS, solid insert that needs to return. Hit 2 LeBrons & pleased with the grandmama. Too bad I couldn't pull one of those 75th anniversary parallels. Didn't pull too many good rookies. They changed the number of packs for this particular year. 66 total cards versus 64 but more base and fewer rookies seeded. The design for Power Moves saw a huge upgrade and while I was a fan of the Draft Pick design, the new Power Prospects design was fantastic. As some of you may know, Leaf reused it for one of its products from the past couple years. Unfortunately there is one insert set that cannot be found in the jumbo boxes, Impact Rookies. Keep an eye out for more breaks.

Found a good deal on the teal box so went with that. There are at least 4 different boxes and each have exclusive insert sets. Wasn't able to find the big chase of the box, the SP (found in every 72 packs). Snow is the biggest true rookie in the series, the biggest Star Rookie I missed was Piazza. We know how these older boxes could be, fortunately bricking wasn't an issue. Overall it can be a fun break for the right price. More rips to come.

I like some of the inserts, especially the 92 Throwback and satisfied with the lava. Despite Score being among the lowest of the lowest, I actually like it this year. Design is a big step up from last year, it looks pretty sharp. They also avoided picking the short straw and got to show rookies in their NFL unis for the first time in a while. I'm tempted to buy more but I've done a good job keeping myself from doing so, just more products I'm more interested in ripping. I do however have a little more Score to open. The inserts from blasters are all gold minted. I definitely am a fan of the designs this year. Pretty good blaster! Actually hit an auto, can't think of last time I got one from a blaster. Love the Alonso, pleased with the Witt insert and at least the RC parallel was one with potential. I do have a hobby box I haven't opened yet so we'll see when I get around to it.

Well at least the manu was Ohtani, very nice. And those all aces are sweet.
