QUOTE(ISLP55 @ Jun 18 2012, 11:06 AM) You lucky dog... I hope he does good in the bigs again. I think they will bring him up soon. How is Julio doing, I would like to have him back up too. Him and Elvis made for some fun base running. I hope we can keep up the good innings like the last games. Silver boot stays. Borbon went 2 for 4 with two singles, a stolen base and a run scored. He made a couple of running catches in the alleys. There's not a lot that gets past him in center field. KHarmon |

Went to the game in Round Rock tonight. Watched the Express play the Oklahoma City Red Hawks. When I bought this ticket a couple of weeks ago I didn't know who was going to pitch. Fortunately for me, the starting pitcher was Roy Oswalt. Pitched six strong innings tonight. Here's some pics from the game. 059 -1 by KHarmon1971, on Flickr 064 -1 by KHarmon1971, on Flickr 068 -1 by KHarmon1971, on Flickr Paul Clemens....he was pretty sharp too!!!! 145 -1 by KHarmon1971, on Flickr Julio Borbon. Oh yeah....I had pretty good seats!!! KHarmon |

QUOTE(RGBII @ Jun 8 2012, 06:57 PM) I understand completely, Ben & Jerry's Coffee Heath Bar Crunch does the same thing to me.
Is it proof of a Higher Power or that Demons are amongst us?
Collect Hard!, RGBII You know, I used to enjoy Ben & Jerry's from time to time. Right up to the time this incident occurred; http://www.causes.com/causes/241693-ben-je...op-killer/aboutIn 1981 a man named Wesley Clark shot and killed Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner in the back, then several times in the face. He did this in front of several witnesses, including his own brother. He was arrested while still holding the murder weapon in his hand and taken to the hospital to have a bullet, fired from Officer Faulkner's weapon, removed from his body. The entire story including very specific details can be found on this link: http://www.danielfaulkner.com/Despite 20 years of appeals, Wesley Clark (a.k.a. Mumia Abu Jamal) still sits on death row in Pennsylvania because 16 different judges have come to the shocking conclusion that he was indeed guilty and received a fair trial. Ben Cohen, the "Ben" of "Ben and Jerry's", thinks otherwise. He not only signed his name to a petition calling for the release of "Mumia", but he made sure the words, "Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream" were right next to his name. The web site for the Ben & Jerrys company states that Cohen acted as a private citizen even though he included the business name on the document. KHarmon |
