The TCC Collector Zone Transaction Manager generated the following agreement:

champb21 receives:

complete set needs of ud first edition 07 85 cards

packerfan1964 receives:

10 chrome rcs from 06 football

Additional notes:

i will send tom. with either reciept or dc depending on thickness of package. if he wants to send tom. to with me the trade will get done faster

received today, will package yours tonite and ship in the morning......one problem, cards were sent in a padded envelope but were just tossed in the envelope in soft sleeves and not packaged securely at all, luckily they were not damaged or i would be returning them to you, this has to be one of the all time poorest packing jobs ive seen where cards didnt get damaged........PLEASE PACKAGE CARDS SECURELY FROM NOW ON

i sent the same way he described. i didnt put them in a team bag didn't put them in top loaders my fault luckily they didn't end up damaged but i thought a padded envelope wouldn't damage cards so sorry.

do you have a dc or reciept of shipment i got nothing today it took4 days for you to recieve just getting a little worried its the 20th and no package from you.

not done i recieved cards but not even what i needed i was suppose to get 85 i didnt need but i got 15 of the same cards i had. i need 4,5,6,8,10,15,18,19,25,27,29,31,34,35,36,46,56,60,61,70,71,75,78,80,90,93,98. 15 of those numbers i listed he needs to send me 15 cards. again i was suppose to get 85 cards i didnt have instead i got 70 cards i dont have and 15 i do have.

Did you exchange a list of the cards that were to be sent prior to agreeing to the transaction?

theres a huge misunderstanding here i think........the cards i sent WERE NOT a complete set of 2007 upper deck first edition of cards 1-100, it was a lot of 85 different cards from the upper deck first edition set........the deal was posted incorrectly by champb21......he agreed to take the cards i had

i never said complete set. i said set needs you told me you could send the 85 cards i needed. i know its not suppose to be 100 cards all i needed was 85 i didn't have i posted it right no misunderstanding. you sent me 70 cards i needed 15 i already had.

dont know what else to say or do, in the origional post you stated you'd take whatever cards i had and thats what i sent....i have no more cards that i can send to u you got whatever i had........think you are just trying to stiff me for more cards........im starting to see why u have trade restrictions

ok ur seeing why i have trade restriction ok whatever you said what original post i said ill take whatever you have. in the thread i posted what i had you had all 1-100 cards you were suppose to fill my set needs how am i stiffing you when i did my part of the trade and you didn't go through with yours. also dont think any reason why trade restrictions mean im a bad trader. you bring that up now when ur in a predictment where you owe me cards.

im going to wait till a team member appears because i dont understand why i got to send back if it's not my fault i recieved 15 of the same card when you posted you had 100 cards from set how dont you have the other 15 that i need instead of the 15 you sent me that were wrong il send you the 15 cards back i already had and you can send me the 15 i need.
