I saw it. It was good, but not as good as some of the other movies. It has plenty of action, just missing something. Maybe a connection to the series since only Chewy, Han, and Lando are in it? Not sure. I liked it, but it didn't make me want to see it again.

It was bound to happen sooner or later, with the way Dizney is cranking the things out. They are in the beginning stages of a Bobba Fett movie (the writer was announced about a week ago), The next numbered main movie number 9? is being cast and #8 the Last Jedi hits the theaters this Christmas? I lost my Star Wars super interest several years ago before #7 The Force Awakens was even conceptualized. I have at least seen that. Haven't seen Rogue One or Solo yet. If these things had been released 25-30 years ago I would probably still be gaga over the whole franchise, but now I just have a casual interest in any of them.

I believe The Last Jedi released last Christmas. I liked those two better than the current one. It might have to do more with the story lines, but I don't want to "spoil" any of those for anyone who has not seen them.

I saw Solo on Memorial Day and it was better than I thought it would be. Most people that have seen it have enjoyed it, just a lot of people haven't seen it. I think it's too soon after The Last Jedi. It should have been released closer to Christmas (like Rogue One). I do also think that there is some over saturation of Star Wars with all of these movies coming out. I honestly liked Solo better than The Last Jedi, which I think was the worst of the Star Wars movies since the prequels.

Saw it tonight and loved it. A really fun and enjoyable movie. Better than The Last Jedi by far. Probably will go see it again! smile.gif

I also enjoyed Solo more than The Last Jedi......and definitely better than Rogue One. Ben and I watched is last Sunday. We saw Infinity War on Saturday and both enjoyed Solo more than The Avengers.
