Hockey is here, the Wings play Boston in there game opener, can't wait for the puck to drop, fresh new Wings player's, let's see how the new kids do now that I spent so much time getting there Rookies, Mrazek and Ouellett are gone to the minors, Jurco and Reiley has spots on the team.

Pens got off to a good start and beat the Ducks. No real rookies per say, sent them all back to lower level teams.

Ya they played fairly well considering they played the night before and had to travel right after the game. I'm pleased with how the ###### look so far. Once we get Krecji back the offense should be even better.

Yes, they got to the Joe late, plus playing the Ducks the night before, Surprised the Wings won the game as the Wings were sloppy and going to fast with the puck, big night for the rookies I guess, first NHL game for Nestrasil, and first game opener's for Nyquist, Sheahan, Jurco,
Lashoff, its was fun to watch.
