Some 100,000 packs produced for Canada and another 100,000 produced for the US.

I appreciate the fact you are offering them here but I think you ought to recheck your trade values

lets examine

you want $90 TV for the 1-15 base set
$25.00 for the single crosby that anyone who purchased something got..

and $47.00 for the mass produced toys r us giveaways.

Simple economic rules apply that is $162.00 for something you paid NOTHING to get!
