I got to thinking maybe this would be a good idea....

Who would be interested in playing "manufacturer"? This is my idea if anyone wants to play...

People could make their own "boxes" anywhere from a 1 pack "high priced" pack to a mid level, to a value type box...three categories..here are some examples

High priced = BV of $100-$150 could be a pack of all hits...or one base and a few hits...like National Treasures...

Mid priced = BV of $50-80 with 3 or four hits in a box of 10-18 packs, insert or RC or something in 75% of the packs for example like Classics

Low priced = BV of $25-40, maybe 1 or two hits, a few non #d RCs and inserts in a box of 16-20 packs like Bowman or Topps

Your packs could be just in team bags or something along that lines...if you really wanted to get inventive...you could add a "box topper" or do several boxes and put a "case hit" in one of them. Or a hot box if you wanted to..lots of ideas and just thought that this could be a fun way to get some trades done...

I have so many inserts from Classics (about 150) that I need to move Brian I could probably make a Classics hot box of sorts of all inserts instead of base and then a couple hits

Interesting! I'd probably have the ammo to participate, but how could you do this in a way to make sure both sides of the transaction would be happy campers?

That is definately the rub Samuel...that's why I kind of put guidelines as to what the boxes should contain...like BV and insert ratios...I would also hope pride would have something to do with it too to make sure there were some Mannings and Bradys and not a ton of Cartwrights.
