I found out what happened. When I originally set payment for this lot I was out of town and wanted the lot mailed to my parents house. Well, they are now out of town and asked the P.O. to hold their mail until they get back. (Tuesday)

I am not a happy camper. I am very disappointed. Although, technically a low end deal, I did spend $100 and with that in mind one would expect better packaging. Honestly, I did not expect a top loader for all 100 cards. However, a never imagined you sending 100 AU or GU cards without at least a penny sleeve. I haven't purchased any penny sleeves in over a year but last I check they were 3 packs for $1.

The 400 count box that the cards were shipped in was not even a complete box. It was missing the flap and sides that went inside the box. It was also missing a top. The top was made from a 300 count row box. I have no beef with reusing the box/boxes as Ive I have done so in the past but the cards were in no way protected.

There is not one mint card in the entire lot. There are no huge dings but no card has 4 sharp corners and over half have chipping due to shipping.

There was a 3/4 gap between the cards and the top of the box. And almost 2 inches between cards and the side of the box. The cards were thrown around during shipping. Imagine the cards being shifted and thrown in ever which direction bouncing off of cardboard. The corners entirely exposed. In case anybody wonders.... No the box was not double boxed.

The pictures below should give a better example of what Im talking about. How would you react if you purchased the same lot from ebay and it arrived as such??

I just now saw this and I am speechless. I cannot apologize enough. I can't view the pics you posted since I am at the office but I will when I get home around 3 AM CST. I have a friend, and I use that term loosely at this point, who has been wanting to become partners in my shop and help me expand into a full time retail location. I left this simple task for him to take care of when I left for vacation. I even personally hand delivered the 400 count box to him. I left him explicit instructions.....leave all cards in sleeves, put the first and last card in the box in toploaders, fill any empty space with packing peanuts, etc. I just don't know how he could screw this up. He has caused me nothing but headaches. I guess I have my definite answer now. He will never be a business partner of mine. I am not going to let anyone soil the reputation in this hobby that I have built. I take pride in every transaction be it a $1 or $100 sale. You tell me what you want me to do to make this right. If you aren't happy then neither am I. I've spent over 20 years dealing in sports collectibles and have tried to be fair and honest with everyone along the way. I consider you a friend and wouldn't want to hurt the chance of us doing business in the future. Again, I apologize and will wait to hear from you as to what I need to do to correct the situation. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

I remember reading in the past when you mentioned someone helping you with shipping etc. I think I also saw you type that somewhere recently. Like I said earlier, I like and respect you. The only reason we haven't knocked out another semi big deal yet is because I'm waiting on a decent sized check from a job I did out of town.

I figured the packaging wasn't your doing or maybe you were in a rush with traveling etc. I didn't make a big deal out of it nor post or share it anywhere because I know you are a stand up guy. I appreciate you acknowledging the mistake and that is good enough for me. Lets just put this behind us. (pending you lecture you helper) Most of the cards were trade bait to help ease me back in the hobby. The ones that aren't tradable, I'll just give to some kids I know.
