As of Friday 4/2/10 I haven't received payment, I have asked for assistance from another Member here, no response from Buyer nor TCC administration member. I asked buyer to use mail tracking, money order or paypal to no avail.

This is over on 4/3/10 at 3:00pm.

You're a real pro and I have said that many times, thank you for your effort and concern in this matter. I greatly appreciate it, and I acknowledged the buyer (membership) when this all started and explained at length how I felt. i have made the appropriate changes on my part. No more trading for me and i only accept paypal as a form of payment. I learn alot here and will utilize this membership for that benefit, Thanks again Finest (you got that right). othecardman

Oliver please understand that our policy is to send the member an email and pm to try to get them to respond. We cannot physically make someone post in a topic or come to TCC, but at a certain point we may apply restrictions. Sometimes other issues are involved, in particular this member noted in another transaction he is having laptop issues and could not access the site, but was trying to update his transactions. We will try to contact him, but to be honest your attitude above would make anyone as a CZT less interested in assisting you. You probably are not aware but the individuals involved in the CZT here on TCC do not collect a paycheck but come here like you because of their interest and love for the hobby and to enjoy the site. They have joined the CZT to assist members in making their collections grow and trying to make things move smoothly and positively. Somethings however are beyond our control (computer issues), but we attempt our best efforts at resolving those matters.

I contacted someone to do just that and waited, 2 days. Mailing as promised has absolutely nothing to do with computer problems. Thanks for your concern. I don't believe I presented an inappropriate attitude toward anyone, just sick of problems (trading/selling) which I explained to the buyer in advance. Nobody owes me anything here, and I certainly understand that.

Let me clear this up now that I have access to the site again and have a moment to get caught up on everything. Per our original deal, payment was the be sent via Money Order or Cash. Paypal would have been my first choice for payment but I have no Paypal funds available at this time. So, I preferred to send cash for such a small amount to prevent the hassle of having to stop somewhere and get a Money Order. othecardman, seemed to freak out about me sending $5.50 in cash so I got a Money Order instead. I work a 2nd shift job Mon-Fri in addition to running my shop on the weekends. That is about a 75 hour work week. I have very little free time. I use my company's mail service since I can't get to a Post office during any sort of normal hours. Sometimes the office mail collects for a few days before it goes out. This Money Order was purchased on 3/27 and dropped in the company mailbox. It should arrive any day now. I'm sorry to hear that othecardman has had problems trading on this site. I have never and will never cheat anyone, especially on a $5.50 deal.

Chad, without his confirmation we have two options: 1 keep trying to get a response, or 2 fail the transaction. While we understand your argument that you would not have received without him receiving payment, there have been examples where members have committed to sending at the same time and then one did not, therefore site policy is that both members have to confirm they received in order for a transaction to be completed.
