It's time to get our March Multi-Sport Group break thread going. You join the group by selecting any available team (from any of the 4 sports - Football, Baseball, Basketball, or Hockey). Once we have filled up all 40 of our slots and collected the $75 slot fee we'll hold a draft (randomized order) where you can select another team (in any sport) and then use a reverse order 2nd round where you draft your 3rd team. You must hold a team from at least two different sports by the end of the draft. We will however allow trading following the draft so if you want you can end up with all 3 teams in the same sport via trade. **NEW RULE** - If at the conclusion of the draft you would like to trade one of your teams for one of the unclaimed teams (regardless of sport) there will be a short 6 hour window to do so on a first come first serve basis. This time needs to be short so we can start accepting bids on those unclaimed teams.

As usual you get every card pulled from all the boxes broken and we will do the best we can to split the budget evenly between the 4 sports. Because this will be an on-going monthly group you will have the right to retain your first claimed team from one month to the next but the other two teams that you draft will be returned to the pool each month and are available on a first come first serve basis. If you have interest in joining us you can select any unclaimed team to start with...just let me know. Once we fill 40 slots we will continue to take names for the waitlist as well.

Who's going to take one of the final 2 slots to join us? I based the product list on 39 teams and I'm hopeful I will be able to come under budget with some of the weekend sales so we'll be able to add a box to the list if we fill!

Hey Chris, from what I've seen at a couple sites, 2008 Ballpark Collection also won't be available at the time of our break, so that should probably be replaced too.

You can push it Joe but that little box of treasures is already sitting on my shelf from when I bought it for last months break only to be pulled late when we fell short of participants. Watch it be a hot box of Jackie Robinson, Duke Snider, and Sandy Koufax cards!
