I agree with the details of this sale and payment was indeed sent via PayPal on 4/16/09. My mailing address was included with the PayPal notice.

I received my cards today.

The Pirates cards included 9 base cards, 1 RC card and 2 parallel cards (one numbered).

In addition, the package included the following cards from other subjects/teams: 2 base cards and 1 RC card.

However, the bottom right corner of all 15 cards is dinged. The cards (plus 3 decoy cards) were placed in a plastic box that was properly taped closed. However, the bottom right corner of the plastic box is also cracked - likely leading to the damage on the cards.

I'll send a PM to Jeremy to just get his thoughts on how to proceed, but I'd expect that we'll be able to resolve this quickly.

Actually, it's not acceptable.

After thinking about this more (while also racing around work the last 3 days), I sent Jeremy a PM tonight and let him know that he didn't need to worry about the $5 credit.

I appreciate that Jeremy was willing to issue a $5 credit. However, he has included extra cards at different times and continues to offer his help with the site. Honestly, I'm not that worried about some pieces of cardboard.

Strong communication and quality shipping equals a smooth and easy transaction (can't blame Jeremy for the damaged cards). Looking forward to your next group box break.
