Introduction

Hey guys, it's time to check in again. We had a decent month last month with no really big hits but a bunch of solid hits all across the board. Hopefully we can get back to some more mojo this month

How it Works (Official Rules)

Each member pays $50 ($52 if paying via PayPal). That covers about $470 in boxes, shipping, and supplies. You get two teams (you cannot take a team that has already been taken) of your choice. The remaining 10 teams go to the members via a draft. This gives you a total of three teams. Every single card pulled out of a box that has a player from one of your three teams goes to you. The box breaks are done via a video break, so there is no question as to what was pulled.

Fees are due by the 15th. The boxes are ordered and the draft begins as soon as all fees are collected. As soon as the draft completes and the boxes are in, the video breaks are done. The cards are then shipped out by the box breaker as soon as the results have been posted. We decide as a group what boxes to break each month.

Hey guys, it was suggested in last month's thread that we should go big again this month. How about these boxes for next month:

2008-09 Topps Signature ($126.99) (8 hits)
2007-08 Ud Black (?????) (2 Hits)

or we could do one of these:
2008-09 UD Premier ($219.99) (6 Hits)

I think that we really need to do one of these as there were only 500 cases of this year's premier produced!!!!!!!!

plus something small or we could do (2) 2008-09 Topps Signature boxes.

How about another 2007-08 Ud Chronology (5-6 hits) I really love this product.

given the way topps products tend to drop in price, i'd rather not do two boxes of a new topps product. i'm not saying we can't do more topps than upper deck, i'm just saying the product will be a lot cheaper next month and the way topps has been going i would rather not gamble on it.

I really want black, but if it gets delayed there isn't anything we can do about that. Premier would also be a great product.
