Ok so I pulled a redemption for a Paul Williams auto patch from SP obviously, that was almost seven months ago, it would be 7 months in two days. They didnt have any Williams redemptions left so I went through their lovely exchange program . Today in the mail I received a 2004 SP Authentic Sign Of The Times Steven Jackson, (Which I already had one) and a cheesy 2008 Upper Deck Baseball dual Generations Memorabilia jersey of Maris/Jeter a very cheesy card to me, not even numbered. I mean 7 months for those results honestly, come on. Would love to hear some feedback.

Dude, I could have gone all day without seeing this post UD mailed my replacement cards out last Friday, and now I'm not even sure I want to open the package when it gets here! They're replacing a 2005 Sweet Spot gold Mark Clayton RC auto, and a 2007 UD Trilogy rookie auto patch John Beck /33. I emailed them a player wantlist awhile back, but now I have a feeling they're about to hook me up with some cool Cade McNown and Sage Rosenfels autos....

Was your Paul Williams redemption for the SP Authentic RC AU/Patch? Just wondering, cause the first box I opened I pulled the Williams card itself

yeah I am think these card companies suck. You might want to call them and tell them that you are not happy with the replacements they sent you. I would ask for a Paul Williams Auto of Some sort Or at least something that is somewhat to your satisfaction. I am in the process of sending a letter to the attorney generals office of minnesota on the topps company I bought 2 boxes of there jumbo football which were suppose to have 2 autos in them. Both Boxes Nothing. I called them up sent the stuff in and the sent me 4 @$#*^&* common junk autos I told them this was not acceptable. They said that was all they could do for me I even talked to some VP guy and he said that he wouldn't do anything. They got stuff going out their back door and being sold at the National Card Show in Chicago (the Topps Premiere sets were going for 1500.00) Notice that the reds are suppose to be only 10 in production I have 3 Booty's and I have seen a whole heck of a lot more than 10.
So they would rather ###### us off after we spend the money on their products and send us #@$# and turn their backs to the employees stealing from them. I know one guy that use to get stuff back door from upper deck and I talked to a guy at a card show and he bought 2 sets of the topps premiere at the national show. Mentioned that to topps and they said oh we don't know nothing about that. In my mind Topps is the absolute worst to deal with, Upper Deck is right behind them. Donruss/Playoff is the only one that has really treated me good. but I am sure they have screwed someone over too.

That is the # I have in my Cell phone for UD customer service. I dealt with them about 3 years ago on replacement stuff of mine. They lost my stuff and it took me forever to get replacements.

how can you complain about a S-Jax RC AU they will sel so much higher than a Williams

Yeah, the redemption process IS hit or miss. And yes, it does suck that you only got an auto as opposed to a patch/auto.

However, this is one of those times I'd be okay with the exchange process. I think you got a pretty nice card in exchange, and that's completely ignoring the jersey card. That's just my opinion though. Unfortunately, MY opinion isn't the one that matters here.

Ok here we go first off I dont like yelling LOL, Yes it was the Patch Auto Redemption, but I believe it was for a gold version of the card, I have to double check seeing it took so long. As far as the Steven Jackson goes, no I dont know what it books as far as that I didnt look, and I understand what the card signifies, but I pulled a patch/auto not a non numbered what you could consider almost a base auto from that set there was so many. I dont collect Paul Williams exclusively, but it would have been a sweet card to have. As far as the Maris/Jeter jersey it is cheesy TRUST ME. I appreciate everyones opinions and iam not mad at anyone for saying what they did , just understand my point of view, If someone wants the cards make me an offer, because I have a feeling Upper Deck is going to do nothing even after I complained already.

Yeah i also think you made out like a bandit. most people get "Doinked" but for once you made out great. If you really want your Paul williams sell you Dual jersey and go buy the Paul williams. You can buy a Paul Williams SPA with the money from the dual because PW doesnt sell much at all and you still have a Steven Jackson Rookie Auto...

I'm not seeing where you guys think he got the better end of the deal. Steven Jackson's popularity has faded like Michael Jackson's skin man. And have you watched a Rams game this season? It's like turning Mike Tyson loose on a girl scout troop with big floppy ears.

And as for the Yankee dual jersey....who the hell cares about baseball? Baseball is a dirty word, and the sport is made up of nothing but liars and cheaters. If the dual jersey really is cheesy looking, it's probably because it's the only thing left affiliated with MLB that hasn't "unwittingly" shot it's a$$ full of steroids

Here's my advice. Obviously you don't like Dual HOF Game Used card and you aren't crazy about the Steven Jackson either. So, if I were you, I would sell both of those cards and buy the Paul Williams Auto from EBAY or an a trading site. I am almost positive you will end up with the Williams and some extra cash. Paul Williams isn't a big seller, but the other 2 cards that you got are. I know you feel like you got stiffed on the redemption, but it should be pretty easy to trade/buy the card you wanted with those two nice ones in your hand. BTW, I hate redemptions so I know how you feel.
