His first PM QUOTE Your A&G Box, Yesterday, 11:05 AM I've received no payment from you. Should I be expecting one?
My response yesterday evening QUOTE I want the box but the other guy backed out on me and I really didn't want to spend that much myself.
What do you want me to do? His response today QUOTE Re:Your A&G Box, Today, 01:28 AM
I'm going to post in our transaction that it is cancelled. You may want to post the same. To which I quickly respond NO in a PM and then posted in the sale thread that I wanted it. How that fair? I mean its whatever....if its gone its gone, but I would at least liked to have been given a chance to try to work something out (which I attempted to do with this thread) before he gave it to someone else.

QUOTE(baseballguy601 @ Jul 23 2008, 10:58 AM) His first PM My response yesterday evening His response today To which I quickly respond NO in a PM and then posted in the sale thread that I wanted it. How that fair? I mean its whatever....if its gone its gone, but I would at least liked to have been given a chance to try to work something out (which I attempted to do with this thread) before he gave it to someone else. My apologies again. I understand where you are coming from and how it looked from your perspective. Please take a moment and try to understand how I saw it. You had 3 months to make any kind of payment. Over two weeks ago I sent a reminder via PM to everyone involved in the case break. I received no response from that PM. Your message to me came across as a "I can't afford it". So I starting making arrangements to let you out of the commitment. I had no idea you were still working on a way to make it work. The PM I received this morning from Bob was the first indication to me that you still wanted it. If I've learned anything from my first case break here it is that I will have to require deposit 1 month prior to a delivery. That way I don't end up screwing a buyer over due to mis-communication.
